Role of a Guide

The Guide is responsible for the overseeing operations and quality of service within the home. They act as coaches, mentors, and supervisors for the Shahbazim.  Through regular visits, the Guide assesses the effectiveness of the self-managed Shahbazim team and monitors compliance with all regulations.

The title “Guide” is designated to the administrator or their appointee to reflect the leadership and direction style expected of them. Their role involves oversee compliance, competence, and operational issues. They provide monitoring and assistance to individual Shahbazim and the team, either directly or through the team coordinators.
